Unwind with your knitting and your crocheting at the library! Share tips, conversation, and a love of making. Drop in for a little while or for the whole time. Instruction is provided if needed. Bring your own materials, although we do have some tools to get you started. We look forward to seeing you every Wednesday from 10-11 and the second and fourth Saturday of the month.

Come and learn exercises to maintain healthy joints, increase strength and flexibility and improve overall stamina based on the Arthritis Foundation’s land exercise program. The four week class will also include a brief guided relaxation/meditation for stress reduction and pain management. The class will be taught by Laila Vehvilainen, a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer who has been teaching exercise for over 12 years.
