The Framingham Public Library in collaboration with the Callahan Center present The Healthy Living Series, a one year program of free drop in exercise programs and health/nutrition classes geared towards people over the age of 55. Classes are held at the Main Library, the McAuliffe Branch Library, and the Callahan Center.

What is balance and why is it important to maintain? Learn about the importance of balance and then participate in some group balance exercises.
Session 2: Balance Progressions
Talk on maintaining balance with everyday activities and the importance of posture, followed by group balance exercises.
