Healthy Living Series
The Framingham Public Library in collaboration with the Callahan Center present The Healthy Living Series, a one year program of free drop in exercise programs and health/nutrition classes geared towards people over the age of 55. Classes are held at the Main Library, the McAuliffe Branch Library, and the Callahan Center.

Join us for this mid-grant event which will include a presentation by dietitian Jane Polley and senior fitness specialist Laila Vehvilainen on strategies for changing and maintaining healthy habits. It will be followed by participant feedback and light refreshments.

Improve your balance and flexibility, and reduce pain through Feldenkrais® lessons. These lessons revisit the way that you learned to move as a young child through gentle movements and guided awareness that help awaken your brain to new possibilities.
