Device Advice

New to eBooks? Want to learn how to read magazines online? Having a problem downloading movies or music? Drop-in at the Main Library to learn how to use Overdrive or Libby, RBDigital or Hoopla to download eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, music or movies. Bring your eReader, tablet or smartphone with you. No device? No problem! We will use one of our computers to help you get started. Submit an online request or call 508-532-5570 x4361 to make an appointment.


Online Application Help

We offer technical assistance with filling out online applications. For job application help specifically, click here for more details. Drop-ins are welcome, but we recommend that you book an appointment in advance to provide you with the best possible service.


Please note: Our services include helping you with the technical aspects of filling out your application, but we cannot advise you in legal, medical, financial, or tax matters. As always, we are happy to direct you to reputable resources in these areas.
