Want to just drop in with a question or for some quick help? Stop by on the following days and times to get help from one of our volunteers:
- Mondays, 12-2pm
- Wednesdays, 11am-2pm
- Fridays, 11am-2pm
Drop-ins at other times are welcome, but we recommend that you book an appointment in advance to provide you with the best possible service.
Types of Assistance
General. Help using your computer, tablet, smartphone, or with specific programs and apps, such as Microsoft Word or social media like Twitter and Facebook.
Online Job Applications. Help with job applications and any other kind of online application. (For more information about job search services, see the Job Search Assistance page.) Please note: Our services include helping you with the technical aspects of filling out your application, but we cannot advise you in legal, medical, financial, or tax matters. As always, we are happy to direct you to reputable resources in these areas.
Downloading eBooks, music, and more. Learn how to use Overdrive or Libby, RBDigital or Hoopla to download eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, music or movies. Bring your eReader, tablet or smartphone with you.
