Pete’s Dragon (Rated PG for action, peril and brief language)
Grace, who works as a forest ranger, takes no stock in her father’s tales of fierce dragons in the woods until she meets Pete, a mysterious ten-year-old with no family and no home who claims to live in the woods with a giant green dragon named Elliot.

This drop-in class welcomes serious poets of all ages and levels of experience who would like to participate for one or more sessions. Each session begins with a discussion of a topic in poetry leading to a brief in-class assignment. Poets who wish to have their work discussed need to provide copies to distribute during the session. Alan’s new collection, Immortality, was most recently awarded the Massachusetts Book Award for Poetry in 2016.
