Navajo sand painting has its roots in traditional Navajo medicine and ceremonies. Join us in learning about the practice and history while making your own images in honor of Native American Heritage Month.

This event aims to educate participants about the cultural significance of sand painting while promoting understanding and appreciation for the Indigenous Peoples that paint them. Our activity is designed to inspire creativity while fostering cultural sensitivity and respect.

This Chess Club is an informal group welcoming everyone from new players to junior chess masters! Chess boards are provided, but you can bring your own. Staff are available to help with questions, but will not be teaching chess. For Elementary and Middle School Students.
