Mother Goose on the Loose Program Registration
Program is every Monday for 8 weeks from JAN. 8 - MAR. 11 (excluding holidays) from 5:30-6:30pm. Ages 0-2.

Tone and Stretch
A variety of functional fitness exercises to tone core, upper and lower body muscles followed by stretches. This is a low impact class designed to be adaptable to participants’ different levels.

Advanced Poetry Workshop
This class welcomes serious poets with experience who would like to participate for one or more sessions. We begin with a discussion of a topic in poetry. Poets may discuss their work.
If you are new to the group and would like to participate, register at bit.ly/fpl-poetry by noon on the day of the workshop.
