We will be folding a variety of animals and geometric shapes. Led by Lucas Gustafson, a high schooler who started folding at the age of 6 and is a longtime member of the Origami Club at MIT.

What to do with jigsaw puzzles you’ve completed? Swap them! Bring your puzzles to exchange with others. No puzzle to swap? Come anyway; there are always extras for you to take. All ages and levels welcome.

Fall Fest at McAuliffe

Join us for a fun fall day of crafts, baby animal petting zoo with Animal Craze: Traveling Petting Zoo and Farm Animals, a Screaming Contest, and more! Fun for all ages and the whole family! Light refreshments provided.

Children’s Mask Craft: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, Craft Room. Decorate your own eye mask!


Screaming Contest: 12:00 pm, Outside in Front of Library. We'll be judging the loudest, scariest, funniest, and quietest screams!

In case of rain, Animal Craze will be inside the Community Room.


Knitting with Round Needles

Interested in knitting on round needles but are a bit intimidated? Now is your chance! In this workshop you will learn to use round needles to make a basic hat. Supplies provided. Must be able to knit and purl.
