Come make some Pine Cone Bird Feeders to celebrate the Winter Solstice! These feeders will help birds that live in your backyard find food during the winter. This program is peanut butter free.
All Ages
Drop in throughout the afternoon for hands-on engineering challenges with everyday materials. Ages 8+
1-2pm: Build a bridge (to help “The 3 Billy Goats Gruff”)
2:30-3:30pm: Build a tower for Rapunzel (or a way for her to get down)
4-5pm: Make a duct tape boat to sail in a castle moat.
Kick back this winter break and make your own themed snow globes! With glitter, figurines, and a ton of imagination, you’re bound to have fun making and shaking these snow globes!

Start off the New Year with some bright colors and an upcycling project! Paint a key to add to our community wind chimes that we will display at the library and in the pollinator garden at the McAuliffe Branch. Or, create a wind chime of your own to take home. All Ages.
