Friends of the Framingham Library receive donation from Seeds of Grace

The Friends of the Framingham Library have received a $500 donation from the Seeds of Grace fund.  This gift is in celebration of the work the Friends and the Library do in the Framingham community.

The Seeds of Grace mission fund was created when Grace Congregational Church merged with Edwards Church.  Social justice, environmental protection and local service had been central to Grace Church’s identity; Seeds of Grace carries on that legacy.  For more information about Seeds of Grace, contact Linda Hilliard, Seeds of Grace Outreach Team at linda@hilliardcommunications.com.

The Friends of the Framingham Library are a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to the supporting the work of the Framingham Library. The Friends take an active interest in the development and use of the Library by focusing attention on its needs as well as its services to the community, and by providing items not included in the library budget. The Friends help fund programs for children, teens, and adults; purchase software for the Creation Station, apps for the iPads in the Children's Room, books for the summer reading program, and fund museum passes.

Contributions to the Friends may be made on the Library’s website, or by check.  Checks should be made payable to The Friends of the Framingham Library, and mailed to Nancy Grifone, Treasurer, 1 Crosby Circle, Framingham, MA 01701.  Contributions are tax deductable charitable gifts, and are eligible for corporate matching gifts.
