Massachusetts Access to Justice

What is the Access to Justice Initiative?
The Framingham Public Library is proud to partner with the Massachusetts Trial Court to offer access to virtual court services through the Access to Justice Library Initiative. Access to Justice (A2J) provides you with access to court resources via the comfort and convenience of your local library. Through A2J, you can get help from the Virtual Court Service Center, find legal information, look up case information, join a remote court hearing, or get help from the Virtual Front Desk at the Housing Court or Probate and Family Court.
Using A2J at the Library
A2J is available from a quick link on the laptop computers available to borrow from the reference desk at the Main Library. Printing and copying services are available for $.20/page for black and white and $.30/page for color.
If you have been scheduled for a remote court hearing, call the library at 508-532-5570 x4361 to ask about booking a study room and using a library laptop for the hearing. Study rooms can also be booked online here: https://framinghamlibrary.org/services/meeting-rooms
