Are you a patron in need of support from a social worker? Elizabeth De Barros Dos Santos from MetroWest Care Connections (MWCC) is here to assist you in a number of areas, including:

  • Hosting office hours at the library with privacy and convenience
  • Assessing your needs, including mental and behavioral health needs
  • Connecting you with existing resources to address those needs
  • Helping you apply for public benefits, such as MassHealth, SNAP, and much more

These are a few of the ways that MWCC can help you. All services they provide are free.

To get started, stop by Elizabeth's office in the study room on the first floor of the Main Library on Wednesdays from 2–4PM.

MetroWest Care Connections is also available Monday to Friday. To contact them, you can:

  • Call their care coordination line at 1-844-528-6800.
  • Complete an online form to get connected with a care navigator.
  • Use their database where you can search for specific resources.
