Join us for a fun and informative talk about the brand new dietary guidelines released by the US Government which BUST the low-cholesterol and low-fat diet myth. The new Federal dietary recommendations say healthy eating DOES include EGGS and FAT! We will share shopping tips and easy recipes for yummy, FAT-filled and HEALTHY meals.

ABOUT DENISE ROSKAMP: Since May of 2012, Denise has been the owner and president of Home Helpers, a fully licensed, insured and bonded home care agency providing compassionate and reliable support and care to elders and their families throughout the Boston MetroWest area. Denise holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and is a licensed Dementia Trainer and Practitioner.

Join us from 12-1:00pm one Friday a month for an informal lunch time program featuring speakers from local businesses and organizations. A wide range of topics will be discussed that are educational and entertaining. The Brown Bag Learning Series is free to the public.
