Free Lunch at FPL!
Despite the old saying, the Framingham Public Library will be offering free lunch three days a week this summer to children between the ages of 5 and 18. Drop by, eat, and pick up some summer reading while you’re here.

Summer Reading Magic Show with Steve Rudolph
Steve begins with a stack of children's books on his table and then uses a unique blend of magic, story-telling and comedy to make each book come alive. There are lots of laughs, audience participation and surprises.

Sci-Fi Book Group: Leviathan Wakes: Book One of The Expanse
The first in the series upon which the acclaimed television series The Expanse is based, Leviathan Wakes takes place in a solar system dominated by Earth and Mars, which rely heavily on materials mined by oppressed colonists on The Belt. The series opens with the commanding officer of an ice cargo ship making a covert and ultimately disastrous decision to respond to a distress call from the Scipio. Meanwhile, on the Belt, gruff and world weary Detective Miller is trying to find the missing daughter of a genetics mogul; the daughter is suspected of sympathizing with the Belt rebels, engaged in a battle for independence from the hegemony of Earth and Mars. This is thrilling, nonstop action, for sci fi readers who enjoy gripping page turners.
