Fancy Nancy Take and Make

We are having a special Fancy Nancy Take and Make to go along with our Robin Preiss Glasser Virtual Event on October 26th. Create a popsicle stick doll as fancy as Nancy herself!

Kit sign-ups begin on October 18.

Tone and Stretch

A variety of functional fitness exercises to tone core, upper and lower body muscles followed by stretches. This is a low impact class designed to be adaptable to participants’ different levels.
