Are you interested in helping an adult student learn to speak English?  We offer an 18-hour training course taught by certified Literacy Volunteers of Massachusetts (LVM) trainers. The schedule for our upcoming information sessions and tutuor trainings is outlined below. At the end of the training, you will be matched with a student and the fun begins! Literacy and language are lifesaving skills you can impart to a student to help them succeed. You do not need to be bilingual or have a teaching background to become a tutor with Literacy Unlimited.

Volunteers Wanted! Help a student learn to speak English. Teach a student to read or write. Help a group of students and lead a conversation class. Literacy Unlimited is dedicated to helping English learners in a fun and inclusive community. We hold the belief that literacy strengthens society and promotes equality among its members.
