FREE COVID-19 Testing in Framingham

Free walk-up testing at two locations:

Location: Amazing Things Arts Center - 160 Hollis St, Framingham, MA 01702
Dates: Tuesday, August 18 through Thursday, September 10
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday – 3-6 p.m.
Eligibility: Open to everyone; symptomatic and asymptomatic
Appointment: No appointment required
Format: Walk-up testing only
Cost: FREE; no insurance required
Test Results: People will receive results in approximately 72 hours from Fallon Ambulance, who is conducting the tests.

LocationSouth Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC), 7 Bishop Street, Framingham
Date: Starting, Monday, August 31
Time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3-6 p.m.
Format: Walk-up (limited parking available on-site)
Eligibility: Open to everyone; symptomatic and asymptomatic
Cost: FREE; no health insurance required
Test Results: People will receive results in approximately 72 hours from Fallon Ambulance, who is conducting the tests.

Community Vibes Social Justice Events Postponed to Sunday, August 30

Due to inclement weather predicted for Saturday, August 29, the Community Vibes Conversation and Black Lives Matter events have been postponed to Sunday August 30th:

  • Conversation and Picnic: 1-3pm

  • Black Lives Matter Rally: 4pm

Puzzle Swap is Back at McAuliffe!

Available Via Curbside Pick-up at McAuliffe Branch Library
Starting September 1st
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 9am-12pm, Wednesday, 1-4pm, Thursday, 1-7pm

Request a puzzle to pick up at the McAuliffe Branch and take it home! Choose how many pieces you'd prefer the puzzle to contain and bring home some fun. Just like with our in-person Puzzle Swap, you can choose to either keep the puzzle, return it to the Branch when you are finished, or bring back a completely different puzzle (or any extra puzzles you wish to join the swap!).

Updates on Free COVID-19 Testing in Framingham

Free, drive-through COVID-19 testing at Keefe Tech has been extended through Friday, August 21, and a new testing location begins Tuesday, August 18 at Amazing Things Arts Center. The City is in discussion with a new location to continue the free program after August 21.

Location: Joseph P. Keefe Technical High School, 750 Winter Street (Please note that only the parking area of Keefe Tech will be used for testing, and the building will not be accessible during the testing program.)
Dates: Through Friday, August 21
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 2- 6 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday – 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
Eligibility: Open to everyone; symptomatic and asymptomatic
Appointment: No appointment required
Format: Drive-through only
Cost: FREE; no insurance required
