Tea & Talk: The Pandemic Stress Hack That Just Might Keep You Going

After two years of unpredictable, ongoing, and intense stress related to COVID-19, and for the majority of adults in the United States lifetimes full of it before the pandemic, it is doubtful that our baseline state is as relaxed as it should be. The perpetual ringing of the stress alarm may have resulted in a sensitized stress response system; our own grasp on stress may have shifted. What felt tolerable before may completely set us off now. How could we fix it? Could we activate our stress response to allow it to deactivate and return to baseline? What if we introduce manageable challenges in order to complete them?
