In 1991, Spooky World opened in Berlin, Massachusetts as the first Halloween scream park. The attraction became so popular that it expanded well beyond its original haunted hayride, shaped a generation of New England Halloween lovers, and was celebrated in the forthcoming documentary “Spooktacular.” Join us to hear how an idea became a Halloween institution in Massachusetts.
