In our final Make It! program, attendees will learn how to animate step-by-step, allowing them to explore their creativity while learning about story-telling, time-management, and some principles of animation.

Please join the group to explore the many ways to journal for personal growth and enrichment. Starting in February, we will be working through the book Writing Down the Bones, by Natalie Goldberg.
In Beartown, by Fredrik Backman, a remote, struggling Swedish town whose people are hoping that their junior hockey team might bring them national glory and with it economic revival suffers a terrible incident that changes everything, not only shattering the dream but also tearing the community apart. Join us in discussing this riveting novel by the author of A Man Called Ove.

This drop-in class welcomes serious poets of all ages and levels of experience who would like to participate for one or more sessions. We begin with a discussion of a topic in poetry leading to a brief in-class assignment. Poets who wish to have their work discussed should bring copies.
Alan’s collection, Immortality, was awarded the Massachusetts Book Award for Poetry in 2016.
