A variety of functional fitness exercises to tone core, upper and lower body muscles followed by stretches. This is a low impact class designed to be adaptable to participants’ different levels.

Create your own animal environment using canvas, paint, and plastic animal toys! All materials are provided in a kit available for pickup. Ages 5-12. Supplies are limited. Sign-ups begin on July 12, pick-ups begin July 19.
