Tone and Stretch
A variety of functional fitness exercises to tone core, upper and lower body muscles followed by stretches. This is a low impact class designed to be adaptable to participants’ different levels.

Seed Lending Library: Starting Seeds Indoors
Join members of the Seed Lending Library and Transition Framingham for a demonstration and discussion of indoor seed starting. Our amazing Safiyat Hamiss, founder of Tasty Harvest Kitchen Gardens will demonstrate how to start the Garden Season with the support of the seed Lending Library.
