A variety of functional fitness exercises to tone core, upper and lower body muscles followed by stretches. This is a low impact class designed to be adaptable to participants’ different levels.

Improve memory skills, strengthen bones, develop better balance, relieve stress, and put a smile on your face with Line Dancing! We’ll learn some old favorites and add some of the newest line dances. No need to have a partner and no experience is necessary! Two introductory sessions November 7th at 7pm & November 12th at 12pm. Attend one or both!
