Maker Mondays: Cosplay Basics - Cardboard Armor
Every now and then, Maker Mondays will be a Cosplay Basics lesson! This month, learn how to use simple cardboard to make complex armor. Come just one week, or work on a larger project by coming every Monday.

Mini Koinobori Craft
Ages 5+
To celebrate AAPI Month, we’re making Koinobori! Koinobori, meaning 'carp streamer' in Japanese, are carp-shaped windsocks traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Tango no sekku, a traditional calendrical event which is now designated as Children's Day, a national holiday in Japan. Make your own Koinobori with cardboard rolls, construction paper, and tissue paper!
Our Commitment to Cultural Respect: At Framingham Public Library, we believe in honoring and respecting all cultures. This event aims to educate participants about the cultural significance of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Our activity is designed to inspire creativity while fostering cultural sensitivity and respect.
Tone and Stretch
A variety of functional fitness exercises to tone core, upper and lower body muscles followed by stretches. This is a low impact class designed to be adaptable to participants’ different levels.
