Battletech: Alpha Strike
Learn and play a fast-paced, miniatures-based role playing game! Whether you’re new to table top role playing games (TTRPG’s), or you’ve played a ton of them, BattleTech: Alpha Strike is a fun time.

Puzzle Swap: McAuliffe Branch
What to do with jigsaw puzzles you’ve completed? Swap them! Bring your puzzles to exchange with others. No puzzle to swap? Come anyway; there are always extras for you to take. All ages and levels welcome.
Haunted Lighthouses of New England with Author Jeremy D’Entremont
Lighthouses and ghost stories go hand in hand. From the lovelorn spirit known as Ernie at Connecticut's New London Ledge Light and the piano playing ghost of Maine's Seguin Light, Jeremy will bring us even more of these fascinating and haunting tales.

Halloween Costume Swap
All month long, donate your gently used and clean costumes or accessories for ages 0-100 to either branch, or stop by the Main Library to choose a costume to keep. When we say ages 0-100 we mean bring your infant costumes! Bring your teen costumes! Bring your adult costumes! Halloween isn't only for children. Let's all share in the spirit!
