Join us the last Thursday of each month to create, using items from our makerspace! Every month we’ll bring out different materials and tools. Grades 4-8
Relax and eat cereal while watching your favorite cartoons from when you were a kid.

This Chess Club is an informal group welcoming everyone from new players to junior chess masters! Chess boards are provided, but you can bring your own. Staff are available to help with questions, but will not be teaching chess. For Elementary and Middle School students.
1st Tuesday of every Month, 5PM | MAIN, HOMEWORK CENTER
3rd Tuesday of every Month, 5PM | MCAULIFFE, COMMUNITY ROOM
A twice monthly meeting for LGBTQIA+ and allied teens to hang out and do crafts. On the first Thursday, we’ll be at the Main Library, and on the third Thursday, we’ll meet at the McAuliffe Branch.

Give back to the Earth with these easy-to-make seed bombs. Blend together clay, dirt, water, and wildflower seeds, then form them into a ball. Let them dry, then toss them in the ground. As the seed bombs receive sun and rain, they will eventually compost and the seeds will germinate

You’ll have the chance to take some free self-assessments and figure out what you’re good at and like to do!
We’ll also talk about college. It’s expensive! Is it worth it? Is it right for you? If so, what will be your major? If not, what are your options?
